I am an Employment Specialist working with people with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, many of them have criminal records. I will share my experience with you and let you know some insider’s tricks and how these people who face many barriers to employment find and keep gainful employment.
I have worked in the Food Service Industry, Retail, Landscaping, and Mental Health. I also have owned a small landscaping business and was briefly a Mystery Shopper. I am now starting this blog and planning on creating a successful on-line business.
